Knowledge Explorers Preschool respects the information families share with us. We collect enrollment and registration details only so we can care for your child and stay in touch with you.
What we collect
When you enroll, we ask for your child’s name and class information, parent/guardian names and contact details, mailing address, emergency contacts, and other details needed to run the classroom safely.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- Create student name badges
- Place children in the right class and keep classroom assignments current
- Send notes, reminders, and other mailers home to parents and guardians
- Reach you quickly in an emergency
We do not sell family information, and we do not share it for marketing. Only staff who need it for school operations have access.
